The Company finds its genesis way back in the year 1991 when it started off with Construction Activities specially laying of roads, Erection & Fabrication of Foundries, Manufacturing Units in the state of Rajasthan. In 1997 it started similar operations in the state of Maharashtra and began to diversify into other areas. In 2005 it entered into service industry and started Human Resource Management Services which soon picked up with well established corporate entities and Industrial Houses in India and specially in Maharashtra and Mumbai Region. Later on many of the partnerships got merged into a single entity and a “Limited Company” rechristened as “Cosmic Infomedia India Limited” came into being in the year 2008 with its HO in Mumbai. The company has further diversified its scope and entered into new partnerships in the areas of Turnkey Engineering Projects, EPC for Thermal Power Projects, Supply and Erection of Air Pollution Control Equipments, Cement Manufacturing Equipments, Corporate Finance, Physical Trading in Commodities and Media Management Services.
